I have original VHP.I had once hide my recovery drive by ccleaner now it not start can i found back my data :(?

after start the kernel loads but don`t logon it was done when i turned off my user acount and after restart many explorer stop working windows open and again restart but till then can`t logon F8 options are 1repair 2insert dvd repair option returns error now PLZ tell me how can i get back my data remain my vista home premium original ? waiting…..
F10 dosen`t work after startup graphics a blue screen apears and again restarting .is installing vista basic or xp(available) over this os can help with my intentions?
i have no installation disk nor made it using recovery creation :<

Try the system recovery which is F10 when the computer first turns on. It will be on the HP screen. If your recovery partition is there it will boot to it and reload windows.

2nd: Call who made the PC (HP or Dell) and ask them for restoration discs. It’ll cost around $30. As long as you can get into BIOS and change the boot order it will restore your software (windows OS, D partition, and drivers) for that PC.
